WellPoint to Pay $90 Million to Resolve Suit; Lowers Earnings View
The company recently agreed to acquire contact-lens retailer 1-800 Contacts Inc. from the New York private-equity firm Fenway Partners Inc. to diversify its revenue stream.
Shares were off 1.4% to $69.80 after hours. The stock is up 6.8% since the start of the year.
