Monster Beverage Corp. will replace Sara Lee Corp. in the S&P 500 Index , S&P Indices said late Thursday. The change will be made after the close of regular-session trading on June 28th when Sara Lee's spinoff of its international coffee & tea business to shareholders is expected to become effective.
