EU Agrees On Spain Aid, Says Juncker

Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker said early Tuesday that the euro zone's finance ministers had agreed to aid for Spain, with 30 billion euros ($36.9 billion) to be available by the end of the month. Spain would also get an extension on its budget-reduction targets. Juncker, speaking at a televised news conference following the first day of the finance ministers' talks in Brussels, also confirmed reports that he had received a mandate for another term as Eurogroup head but that he would decline to stay on past the current year.
