Mehmet Dalman, the chairman of mining giant Eurasian Natural Resources PLC (ENRC.LN), has hired an adviser to help carry out work to split the company in two, U.K. newspaper The Sunday Telegraph reports, without citing sources.
The newspaper said Mr. Dalman recruited Amre Youness, who assisted with the original flotation of the FTSE 100 mining company and he has been advising on elements of the separation.
ENRC wasn't immediately available to comment.
