Microsoft Corp. has agreed to buy enterprise social networking company Yammer for $1.2 billion in cash, the two companies announced Monday. Yammer has more than 5 million corporate users, including employees from 85% of the Fortune 500, the company said. Shares of Microsoft were last trading down 3% to $29.75.
