AOL Names Artie Minson COO

AOL Inc. said Friday it has named Artie Minson Jr. to be its chief operating officer. Minson moves to the new post from the office of chief financial officer. AOL said that Minson will oversee AOL's plan to form three operating units and "execute a cohesive operating model that will allow AOL to focus on driving growth and improved profitability across its businesses."1
