ServiceNow Jumps In IPO Debut

Shares of ServiceNow jumped more than 30% to $23.54 after the stock opened trading Friday morning following its initial public offering. ServiceNow , a San Diego-based firm that provides cloud-based software for business automation, priced its offering of 11.65 million shares late Thursday at $18 - above its expected range of $15-$17. The stock now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "NOW."
